Mu Cang Chai is a district of Yen Bai province, about some 300 km north of Ha Noi, in the northeastern region of Vietnam. The place is home to the H’Mong and Thai community. For the place being about 1000 meters above sea level, the steep hills make it almost impossible to grow rice fields like those in the delta. Thus local residences grow their own rice on the terraced fields, for the purpose of preventing water from flowing downhill. These terraced fields lying among rugged green moutain valleys, under clear blue sky or a mysterious and crips fog, bring to eyes an imposing scenery. During harvesting season, ready crops transitioned to yellow, while new crops still remain in their green color. The scenery is a big attraction to photographer and trekkers.

You get picked at the hotel at 7h30 a.m by a private tour guide and driver. Getting out of Hanoi capital, we follow the national road 32 to Yen Bai city, then Nghia Lo town.The journey offers you scenic sceneries of rural villages, valleys & mountains through the car windows. Arrive at Nghia Lo around 12h30 – 13h00 , check in hotel and have a lunch in local restaurant.

After breakfast, Check out hotel .We will embark a very scenic transfer passing Tu Le town, imposing Khau Pha pass to approach Mu Cang Chai – the paradise of the most beautiful rice terraces in the world.

Lunch in a local restaurant, then start a wonderful trek to view the majestic landscapes of rice terraces, local villages of Black H’Mong  and mountains in La Pan Tan commune.This 8km trek is up & down along the community’s paths to view daily life of local tribes and to interact with friendly people; then along buffalo trails to captivate the most impressive terraced rice fields in La Pan Tan commune. After trekking we go a head to Sapa . Across O Quy Ho Pass Sapa: One of the most thrilling routes for a ride in Vietnam, that offers stunning views of the surrounding landscapes. At over 2,000 meters above sea level, it is a must-see attraction for anyone visiting the region

In the after noon, at around 12h30 - meet your guide, go for lunch – take some rest, then we departure for trekking day. For those who love to explore the majestic natural scenery, want to be immersed in the vast sky, with the immense sea of ​​clouds, with idyllic villages, Sau Chua is a destination not to be missed every time you have the opportunity to Sapa. From your hotel we'll take a car to HangDa (approximately 15 minutes). From here we'll start trekking to SauChua village .

Ha Giang is a special place with a primitivity and like no other and the perfect place for trekk with its wonderful sceneries.This beautiful region has so much to offer, from terraced rice fields, high limestone mountains to colourful-dressed hill tribes.

At around 14:30 arrive at resort elegantly hidden among the lustrous scenery at the mountain’s peak, is the final point of a long mountain range that begins at Vi Xuyen district and ends at the refreshing refreshing stream at the foot of Mount P’apiu, Yen Dinh village, Bac Me district, Ha Giang province.

At 10:00 am we depart the tour today. Then our car continues the journey, the roads leads you to Bac Sum Pass, up to Heaven Gate, where you can enjoy the beautyful scenery of the Twin Mountains and Tam Son town.Twin Mountain and panoramic view of Tam Son town from above. At 07: 30 am we leave Dong Van Town to enter the highlight of the journey. Along the way you stop to visit:

✔ Conquering Ma Pi Leng pass on the way to Meo Vac, also the most beautiful part on the road name "Happiness Road".

Get on a boat upstream of Nho Que River to Tu San Alley, which is a gorge Vietnam's deepest is located on Nho Que river. The Nho Que stream flows into Vietnam from the area Seo Lung village, Lung Cu commune, Dong Van district passing through Tu San Gorge running along the foot of Ma Pi Leng pass. Traditional content of water puppet performance like daily life of Vietnamese farmers (cultivating, tending buffalo, catching fishes…), communal entertainment (swimming contest, dragon dancing…), or historical legends (Le Loi returns precious sword…), with modest performance way have appealed audiences for centuries. However, the artists of Thang Long Water Puppet Theater want to renew the old puppet shows with effect of light, music and combination between people and puppets.

Hoa Lu was the capital city of Vietnam under the Dinh Dynasty between 968 and 1009. Some of the sanctuaries and tombs have survived the years and can still be seen today. Apart from the historical interest, the river boat trip in Tam Coc is wonderful for photo hunters, especially when local people come to harvest the water rice planted along the river, or when they transplant some seedling for the next crops. Tam Coc sight is also known as Halong bay on land.

08:00 We will head to the southern part of the Red River Delta, to Ninh Binh province and the famous ‘Halong Bay on land”. (It takes about 3 hours).

The region is endowed with unspoiled nature with a diversified eco-system, beautiful landscapes of limestone mountains, and sincere hospitality of the local, hidden caves and tropical rainforests. In addition, this land was the first capital of Vietnam at the end of the 10th & early 11th centuries with many important construction built at that time.

10:30 Arrive NinhBinh. We will start to go bicycle ride in the surrounding villages to discover the daily life of locals working in their ancestral fields, cultivating rice, peanuts or corn. It is an invitation to gaze upon a hut overlooking the rice paddies, a church, a school, and a small market, all part of the local Vietnamese life.  A church, a small house overlooking the rice fields, a school, a craft workshop, a small market serve as a pretext for stopping to discover Vietnamese life.   Visit the historic capital of Viet Nam and the famous ancient temples of Le and the Dinh Dynasties. 

After lunch, You’ll embark on a stunning sampan boat-ride at TamCoc. Your boat trip will take around 1,5 hours

But it is well worth it as you’ll learn more about the core of the heritage. Tam Coc is considered as the most attractive destination in Ninh Binh. Tam Coc (literally meaning Three Caves) include Hang Ca (first cave), Hang Hai (second cave) and Hang Ba (third cave). All three caves are formed by the Ngo Dong River flowing through the mountain..

Option: you will to visit Mua  Cave - is worth being visited in Ninh Binh. you will being overcoming 486 stone steps to see beautiful sceneries on the top of Mua mountain. The cave brings you one of the best panoramic view of one of the nicest sceneries in Viet Nam- that’s Ninh Binh- which is known as a wonder of the world, the Telegraph from UK said “It’s an area known locally as Vietnam’s ‘Inland Halong Bay’” or Mua Cave – The Vietnamese “Great Wall of China”.

08:00 Departing from your hotel for a morning drive that takes you to Cuc Phuong National Park

It was founded in 1962 and is the oldest national park in Vietnam. With 307 species of birds, 133 species of mammals, 122 species of reptiles and more than 2000 plant species, this national park is one of the most important protected areas of Vietnam.

 After arriving, a quick transfer takes you to the park center, in here  you’ll trekk through a subtropical forest, rich in flora and fauna with thousand-year-old trees draped in vines. It takes around 2.5 hours. After that we move to the restaurant in the center of the Park to have lunch.

After the lunch time, in the afternonn stop and visit the renowned Endangered Primate & Turtle Rescue Centre to see some of the rarest apes and monkeys in the world and learn about the conservation efforts to save them.
