We would like to send you our working process for the package tour as below, starting with the new requirements of the customer, so that we can get to know each other better.

First, after receiving your request (through the company's main communication channels at CONTACT section or direct request from this website), we will base on the information you provide to build a travel plan which suits your needs (the construction time depends on the short/long and the complexity of the tour schedule you require and usually we need at least 3 working days for that).

The minimum information that we often ask clients to build the travel plan such as:

- What is your nationality?

- Do you have any plans or ideas yet?

You are a nature lover, an active traveler, keen on museum or on gastronomy; you dream about hiking remote mountain trails, relaxing on quiet sandy beach or exploring bustling markets; just tell us what experiences you want most, we will combine them into a perfect packed trip.

- How many people are in your group? Adults? Children ( 2-12 yrs)? Infants ( below 2yrs)?

- How many days do you have for the trip? or Do you have any estimated time frame?

- Are there any special dietary requirements? Religion?

- Do you have tickets to/leave Vietnam yet? If yes, at which airport?

- Do you have any requirements for the hotel level you want?

Step 2: After building the proposed tour schedule, we will send them to you via email and whatsapp.

Step 3: Take your time to study the proposed schedule that we have sent, we will discuss together to be able to come to the final result: build a schedule that suits you best, a schedule that you most satisfied. We can discuss via email, whatsapp or even set up a zoom meetings together to make everything clearer.

Step 4: After we have agreed on the schedule, you are satisfied with the schedule and agree to go to the next step, the following things you need to do to be able to activate the services that we have agreed:

* Regarding to the next step, to keep all the best service conditions as we had discussed we would need from you:

1- Please submit all copies of your passport (or scans) of the latest version if possible.

2- Please send information about 2-way flight schedule to/leave Vietnam

3- And please transfer us the deposit amount for the trip (30%). The remaining payment will be paid in Vietnam.

4- We will take care of your Vietnam visa application letter approval documents ( it depends on your nationality). Letter of guarantee (invitation letter) to Vietnam, you just need to hold this paper in hand to pay the visa fee (25usd/person) and pick up the real visa at the international airport when you arrive in Vietnam.

Step 5: After receiving your deposit, we will notify and send you a confirmation invoice and immediately gradually activate the services that we have discussed and agreed on. About 2-3 weeks before the trip (for the long - distance bookings), or 5-7 days (for near-day bookings), we will send you all relevant documents to the trip that you need to prepare and print, as well as the necessary useful information that you need to know before the trip, the necessary tools to bring.... via your email.

Step 6: As soon as you arrive in our country, the tour operator or driver will pick you up at the airport where you landed and then transfer to the hotel. We will have our first official meeting here. And during the days of your trip, we still follow closely to make every service perfect, giving you the best experience until the last day of your journey.
