Under normal conditions if not for issues such as natural disasters, pandemic, war reasons: 10% of the deposit you can not be refunded after we end the agreement. If customers cancel the services before 15 - 30 days you come to Vietnam, you will not be able to get it back 20% the deposit paid. If due to a pandemic, natural disasters, war .. you are unable to come to Vietnam, you will be refunded 20% the deposit paid, provided you notify me 15 days in advance. After that time you will lose this amount. *Regarding refund time: we immediately proceed with the bank about this
