The resort was nice, but some buildings were dated and the services weren’t great. Shuttle to Hoi An was full and all bikes were unavailable. Not sure I would recommend it. The only thing we would change is the cruise in Halong Bay: We would prefer to sleep the night in an hotel near Halong Bay and in the morning have a day trip by regular boat amount the most interesting islands to visit and so have more time to enjoy the visit in the islands, and sleep back in hotel.
