Overview

With the experience of Vietnamese cooking methods, our local staffs will share with you how are different kinds of fresh organic materials in Hoi An Market such as fishes, meats, vegetables which aren’t easy to find them in supermarket.

Additionally, our lovely local fishermen shall bring you an memorable fishing skills on their basket boats while you are enjoying the beautiful sceneries with a short historical story of Hoi An countryside.

You are warmly welcomed to chef's family for not only cooking but also feeling about culture, history and the daily lifestyle of locals

HoiAn Cooking Class - nah, this is not a typical cooking class!

8:00 AM: Our guide will pick you up from your Hotel (only in hoi an city)and take you to the Hoi An market. Here you will have the opportunity to interact with the local sellers and learn about the ingredients you will use in the cooking lesson. Make sure your camera is handy.

 

9:30 AM: Take the basket boats and start your journey exploring the small channels, go deep into the forest of water coconut, hear about the history of the water coconut Forest in Vietnam - American wars. Tourist will be taught to rowing, fishing, catching crabs by the local fisherman, experience a amazing performance with basket boat dancing…

 

10:30: Learn the traditional ways of preparing and cooking Vietnamese food. You can learn how to make the rice paper for the special fried spring- rolls. And learn how to make rice milk from the rice graining traditional way. After that you use the rice starch to make Vietnamese pancake( Banh Xeo). Enjoy what you have cooked after the instructions.

 

2:00 PM: Return to the hotel.

Cancellation Policy By Customer

Under normal conditions:

- If not for issues such as natural disasters, pandemic, war reasons: 10% of the total package price of the tour you can not be refunded after we end the agreement.

- If customers cancel the services before 15 - 30 days you come to Vietnam, you will not be able to get it back 20% of the total package price of the tour.

Under the pandemic, natural disasters, war...: You are unable to come to Vietnam, you will be refunded 20% of total package price of the tour, provided you notify me 15 days in advance. After that time you will lose this amount.
